I know what you're thinking, it's about time I updated. Well I don't have a new comic right now, which I will blame on technical difficulties, I have posted a "Classic Hinch & Co." for you to read, think of it as syndication. Today's classic strip is from December 13 2003. It is an almost true story, too.
Truth be told, I am doing this to use my webpage to scam marks for my Business Information Managment class. I figure, H&Co is like a business, a spectacularly unsuccessful business as it has never turned out any sort of a profit. I can only measure the net worth of Hinch & Co. in the laughter of children, and can you put a price on a child's laughter...make that an orphan child's laughter.
Anyways, Mr. Van Grootel is the coolest BIM teacher ever. He's a great person, and a fair marker.

A new real comic will happen when it happens. Honestly, bugging me doesn't make it come any faster.
You probably won't understand what's up now. Firstly, I did it entirely with the paint brush tool in paint (reminds me of Tycho's attempt at a comic on Penny Arcade). Secondly, it involves characters from games that only me and some of the cast would know about. I suppose I should mention: Lord Thermo S. Tat ©2004 Rene Francis. Nemo © 2004 Duncan. Sigmar ©some date by Games Workshop, I guess. But that particular use of the name is ©2003 Mick.
Anyways, new comic coming as soon as I make one. Could be soon, depends.

I think that the notice says it all. Feel free to visit the forum, and the IRC channel. And keep your eye on the newspost for any news that I might have in the meantime.

Okay, so it's been a while. But January was spent preparing for the BC Government's evil provincial exams. So I didn't have a lot of time.
Today's comic is based on true events. I went 18 hours without electronical devices.
I'll try to get started on the server movie pretty quick here. I might have more time this month, or I might not. It all sort of depends.

First, I'd like to wish Mick a Happy Birthday. Also, Merry Christmas and Season's greetings to everyone else.
Still working on the move. You'll know when it happens.

Arg! I'm sorry it's been so long. I've been really busy with school and stuff lately. Things probably won't get much better, but I'll keep trying to get these things up.
In other news. The good folks at Halfway Comics have approached me about my hosting situation. I'm going to give it a little thought and get some input from my associates before I make a final decision.
Hope I can get back here sooner than I have :)

I'm not saying that is my sister. It's an original character, and if she happens to look like my sister with her coloured hair, many piercings, and SS uniform, I can't be held responsible.
The rest of that is a true story (except the ad part).

Okay, I'm done my Star Wars RPG campaign. So I should have a little more time to devote to my comic!
I'm very upset with tripod right now. And I am looking for another solution. But results are poor at best. But if you have any ideas, let me know.

Finally, I have had enough time to finish this comic. Now get off my back!

Today's comic brought to you by EvilElf, from my IRC channel. I actually had to get him to tone down the innuendo on this one :P
See Mick, I told you that I'd get it up when I had time. Have I ever knowingly broken a promise to you?

Okay, here's the deal. I couldn't think of anything real special to do for strip 100. I waited, but then I came up with a brilliant idea: Skip #100, and come back to it later.
So I give to you, strip #101. I'll make 100 when I come up with something good to do with it. In the meantime, look forward to new strips and maybe a guest strip or two.

Sorry about the lack of comic lately. School started again and it's been a little disorganized.
Mick should be happy that he's in the comic now. His whining and pleading have paid off. Let's hope he doesn't let it go to his head.
More updates later.

I've said what I want to say about tripod. I'm still looking around. Got my new glasses yesterday, they've made me a little dizzy today :\ oh well.

The Blender and the Toaster working together? Could this be the start of some sort of Planet of the Applicances where the appliances through back the shackles of the human world and dominate us? No, that's too much like Terminator 3, and I don't want my comic to ever degrade quite that low.

Oooh, it's scandalous!
I am formally withholding the next comic until I hear from Mick. I know you are there!
In other news, I added a link to the Pop-up killer section of the nav bar. I've heard it works wonders.

Okay. I'd like to remind everyone to join the new forums and post a bit. And to encourage, everyone who joins will receive a cheque for $40* !
* cheques will not be honoured or issued
Now, something's been getting under my skin lately. Here's the story. A while back, early in my comic career, I submited a guest strip for Greg Dean who does Real Life. He has asked for submissions and recieved many, too many to use; Mr. Dean had to choose 4 for the week. He also said on May 21 , 2002, and I quote:
"As for the rest of the entries - when I get back from the Expo, i'll be putting them all in a place for you to peruse. I got somewhere around 30, I believe. Many of them were excellent, but I still had to choose only four for now. Thanks again, everyone, for sending me your comics! You've helped me out big time."
That was over a year ago, and yet there has still been no display of the 30 or so guest strips. I believe that those artists who took their time to graciously help out Greg deserve recognition, especially after it was said they would get it.
You may be thinking, 'But Terry, I'm sure it just slipped his mind. Greg Dean is a decent, honest guy.' I thought so too. So a few weeks ago I emailed Greg, and asked him very politely if he intended to follow through with his word. I was, appearently, ignored. I guess that's what I get for my support that I have given him for over a year.
So what am I getting at? I'd like you, as my loyal and attentive readers to email Mr. Dean and ask him if he ever actually plans to put those strips up. Please, if you do email him be polite and nice. For the love of God do a spell check. Perhaps if enough people email him asking him to put those gifts from various artists...or not, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
